Rules

Rules The format of matches will be as follows: • Each team will consist of 3 nominated players. Both captains will write down the order blind, this will decide the order. Each player will then play two consecutive frames against the chosen opponent. 1 point is awarded for each frame won. A coin will be tossed to decide break off before each frame. • Teams will alternate refereeing & marking duties. • Players are handicapped. It is the responsibility of the player to know their own handicap. • Aggregate score does not apply and frames may be conceded at any stage. However correct etiquette is not when your opponent is in play. • Matches will commence at 8pm on the designated date. • If teams are late and not got in contact to say then rules apply: 1st Frame conceded at 20:15pm. 2nd Frame Conceded at 20:30pm. Match Conceded at 20:40pm. • The Miss rule as played as per the amended rule which is currently used by the Manchester Snooker League. • No refreshments are required to be provided. • Results to be in no later than Friday 21:00.
