on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 Hi John, I have a system on our league website (www.ldbsa.co.uk) which does this very thing. I have one system that is just a load of free type boxes (with validation to ensure correct info is entered). Once filled in and the form submitted, an email is generated and sent to the Match Secretary (me). I also have another system in a secure admin section which asks you to pick the two teams and enter the match score. Then based on those selections, the next page brings up drop down boxes for each frame in a match with space to put the frame scores in. It's all written in PHP and is linked into a MySQL database behind the scenes where it pulls all the data from. Let me know if I can help. Regards Steve |
