on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 On behalf of West Midlands Snooker, I thank Richard (assisted by Rob) for their superb administration of the event. Hosts - Rileys, also provided excellent facilities to accomodate everyone. I thank all players and supporters who contributed to make the inaugural event such a success. I am sure that other leagues will take note and enter next year. West Midlands were fortunate to emerge as winners when we managed to raise our game at crucial moments. However the margins are fine and the likes of Ormskirk, Cleveland and Manchester & District proved what quality teams they are.
